Another Year of Health

Happy New Year Yet again,

Its been over a year since I started this health blog. Health and wellness is a very vital part of our lives. Because I strongly believe that, I have been busy with school finishing up my Masters of Occupational Therapy, training and working to make sure my family is healthy as well.
