ReplyDeleteIn the five years that I've been biking, I've never biked uphill - didn't think I could do it until Saturday's J-Fit Day at Jack McClean Park & Recreation Center. Your workout was demanding, but worth the hard work. I weighed in this morning and I've lost 1.6 lbs. Yeaaaah!
