Jay Fit's workout consisted of 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of walking with one of my clients (I count that as bonus though). Eat well, exercise well, rest well... Be Well.

When I heard about this blog, I immediately got up from lounging in my lazy-lift chair and went for a 23-minute bike ride. Then I stretched for seven minutes. I think this actually might help me accomplish my goal, since I can't afford to hire my favorite fitness trainer - JMGJ
