Okay Everyone,
It's Fit day #4 and so far, as I can see, not many people are commenting about their workouts. I am getting comments about what fit seekers did and how they felt when I am in class, at work or over the phone. Let's try to transfer that information to the Blog, Jay Fit supporters. I am thrilled that you all are challenging yourselves but let's share those feelings with the rest of the world. My exercise today will consist of 45 minutes of running and 25 minutes of functional training (and a 10 minutes stretch). Remember... Eat well, exercise well, rest well...Be Well!

Today was a good running day for me. I ran around the FAMU pond 4 times then went to the track and did some sprints.
ReplyDeleteI have been sticking with it pretty well. I'm not a big fan of running but I walk 30 min a day and spend 15-20 min doing something else such as dancing. Some of these new dances like the bop or jerking can really work you out. I also try to do some push-ups and sit-ups
ReplyDeleteOkay J-Fit. I didn't get in 30, but I did 15 minutes of walking in place in the house. And, I will try to get in the other 15 while watching ATL HSWIVES. Did okaaaay on the eating. Keep hope alive - until tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteJay Fit, Jay Fit! I had an awakening today so I knew I would get my 30-minutes done. I walked 30 minutes actually 28 and a stretch before and after. God IS SO AMAZING!
