Fit Day #11

Top of the Morning!

The jumps yesterday really have my knees aching a bit. So, I am going to heat them, get moving and remember to ice them today after my workout. If you are experiencing any joint pain, you should consult with your physician (as you should before starting any new exercise regiment). Ice will help with the inflammation and you might have to decrease the intensity of your workouts (ibuprofen won't hurt either). My workout today will consist of a 4 lap run around Lake Ella. It's very calming there and I need that since I am done with my finals. Be Well...

  1. I did strength (weight) training yesterday for an hour and a half. Today I plan to hit up Yoga.

    Great day! Stayed on track with eating better and completed my 30-minute bike ride. I even did 15 pushups on the back of my vehicle. The bike ride was exilarating - my tires were pumped up tight and made the ride much better than yesterday. Go J-Fit. You are inspiring!

  3. I did yoga this morning for half an hour, cardio this evening for half an hour and yoga again for an hour right after cardio.
