Salutations Fit Seekers,
Today was great for me. It started with going to the beach for my classmates bachorlorette getaway. Very fun and involved a great walk on the beach. Anywho, my workout today will consist of 30 minutes of running with six 100 meter strides. Strechting will follow along with 4 sets of 25 push-ups and sit ups. Sound like fun huh?!? If you can not complete that many push-ups and sit ups, lessen the load. Try 3 sets of 10 for starters. If it is difficult for you to get on the floor, try wall push-ups and standing abdominal isolations (pull belly button to spine, tighten abs and hold for about 30 seconds without holding your breath).
