Happy Sunday People,
The beginning of another Fit Week. Let's make it a good one. If you have not been able to stick with the challenge, start fresh this week. Today I will complete 4 five minute runs at Tom Brown Park along with some one-leg diamond push-ups, pull-ups, squats holds, lunges and abdominal crunches. Push yourselves to workout and work hard. This is a movement. Obesity, diabetes and hypertension should not be diagnoses that we suffer from. They are PREVENTABLE! Take control of yourself and make a difference, starting with the man in the mirror (shout out to the late and great Micheal Joseph Jackson). Love you all and until the sun sets and rises again...
