Fit Day #17

Good Morning,

So we only have about 13 more days left in this challenge. How are you all coming along? Do you find it difficult to commit to exercise everyday? How are you eating? Well, it has been challenging for me and I am used to exercise but I still make do. We have to make sacrifices in order to get to where it is we want to go. Today, I will be running at the track. Two 15 minutes runs and 6 strides. What are you doing?

  1. Hey Jay Fit. Today I did my morning work out, overhead squats, back squats, incline benchpress, glute ham raises, butter makers (can't explain, it's a gymnast thang) and multease pulls. I did a total of 350 core reps. I planned to do some yoga this evening but attended a protest instead.

  2. Yesterday I did the same strength as Denerale in the morning, kickboxing in the evening and a 30 minute bike ride afterward.
