Fit Day #10

Greetings All,

I felt good after my runs yesterday. It was refreshing. Today, its back to the jump roping for me (30 minutes: 2x15 minute intervals), then the same strength workout as Monday. What are you going to do? I would love to hear... Remember to comment about YOUR Fit Day.

    You really do feel good after you get it done and relax. I went for a 32-minute bike ride and a short stretch before and after. I plan to do 25 bicep curls before bed. I'm going to try those adominal crunches standing up. Let you know how it goes. Thanks for the advice.

  2. I did some swimming. It's more of a upper boddy workout. I plan on doing some push-ups and ab crunches.
