Happy Sunday All,
It's the beginning of a new week. If you had a bad or not so good week last week, just dust yourself off and try again. Today, I am going to Lake Ella, a local park, to run. 1 lap around Lake Ella is 6/10 of a mile. If you run or walk around 4 times, that's a little over two miles. Afterwards, I will do bench push-ups, dips and crunches on the park bench. Come and join me. I will be there around 7:30pm. Happy exercising and as always... Be Well!

ReplyDeleteJ-Fit: I skipped my workout yesterday, but was on the move all day - felt like a workout. Raining now so I probably won't get out today. What can I do inside for 30 minutes - light cardio - besides walking in place - that's very boring. Help!
Well Samoore- you can try some of the On Demand exercise videos(if you have a Comcast cable box). There is a lot of variety to choose from plus the instructor keeps you motivated. Some on the hip and knee bending exercises should be avoided if you have joint issues. Just march in place or listen for the modified version of that exercise. If you do have Comcast, try moving your arms and legs in a cycling position (seated) as if you were riding a bike for 5 minutes cycles. Let me know if this helps...
